My goal is to help people all around the world to achieve better health, performance and productivity through nutrition, exercise and self development. What we eat on everyday basis has one of the biggest impact on our health. Whole food plant based diet is my specialization as from my own experience and medical evidence it is the best for maintaining overall health, optimal weight and preventing chronical desease. Exercise is in our nature, even if you think it takes so much effort to convince yourself, we can discover a way to enjoy being active and realize, exercise is not hard strain, but it can be fun and rewarding.  Everybody knows exercise is good for weight control, but it is also very important for overall health and mental functions. How does a session look like?

During video call, we analyze the current situation and set a goal you want to achieve. We create a plan that helps to overcome the obstacles and we apply new habits for achieving the desired goal. I will tell you what steps are necessary to do and teach you to understand principles to follow.  Together we create a meal plan, eventually an exercise plan. 

How is this counsulting different from avarage?

This counseling is based on online communication. There is no mandatory measuring, although particular measurement of basic values is possible. Meal plan is based on quality plant based foods without caloric restriction. Focus is mostly on diet, but includes a whole picture of lifestyle including exercise and self development. 

I do not want to become a vegan, can I scheadule a session?

If you do not want to become a vegan or you are not sure, it is perfectly fine. You start from a point where you are and it is up to you how far are you willing to commit the change towards plant based diet. It depends on you if you want to switch vegan from day to day or you want to do small changes step by step.

How can I book a session?

If you want to book a session, you can make a rezervation in the calendar on website or facebook pages, call on phone, write an e-mail or chat. The session is via online video call from comfort of your home or where you currently are. Content of the session is according to your needs, based on communication and active engagement.
